We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support key areas of our HR function, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and training & development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-focused, and passionate about building a strong organizational culture. This role is essential to maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth internal processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Plan and execute engagement events and team-building activities such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and company events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments or external partners for organizing internal and external events, CSR activities, and culture-building initiatives.
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of training and development programs in collaboration with leads.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and appraisal processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedure are consistently applied and comply with labor laws and company standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, operations, and training & development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
