Role Overview 
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 6+ years of total experience in software development and project management within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, technical thinker, and proactive leader who can manage complex projects, engage international clients, and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for international clients, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are consistently met 
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing stakeholder communication and expectations across geographies 
• Lead project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and client engagements with clarity and structure 
• Prepare and present project status reports including milestones, risks, dependencies, and next steps 
• Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues 
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth execution 
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery efficiency 
• Manage resource planning, allocation, and workload balancing across multiple projects 
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical deliverables 
• Ensure quality of deliverables through validation and alignment with client expectations 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a positive customer journey 
• Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership on project health and performance 
• Develop product roadmap planning and delivery strategy with internal and external stakeholders 

Required Experience & Qualifications 

• 6+ years of total experience, including: 
• 4+ years in Software Project Management / TPM role 
• Prior hands-on experience in software development or technical roles 
• Strong experience working with IT services and international clients (US/Europe preferred) 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

Project Management & Agile Skills 

• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 
• Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar tools like Azure DevOps, ClickUp, etc.) 
• Experience managing full project lifecycle for enterprise clients 
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams 
• Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models 
• Strong understanding of: 
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives 
• Estimation techniques and velocity tracking 
• Scope, risk, and change management 

Leadership Skills 

• Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is required 
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing confidence 
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills 
• Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams 
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability 
• High ownership mindset with a focus on delivery excellence 
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and escalations tactfully 
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills 

Technical & Functional Skills 

• Solid technical understanding of: 
• Web technologies: Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python 
• System architecture, APIs, and databases 
• Experience managing multi-platform product development  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms  

Differentiating Qualifications 

• Certifications such as: 
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM 
• PMP (Project Management Professional) 
• SAFe or other Agile certifications
