About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager / Product Lead to drive the end-to-end development of our internal digital products and platforms. This is not a feature management role. We are looking for a strategic product thinker and execution leader who understands how successful products are conceived, built, scaled, and evolved across their entire lifecycle — from idea validation and product strategy to architecture alignment, launch, adoption, and continuous innovation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply curious, technically fluent, and capable of challenging conventional thinking. You should be someone who naturally questions assumptions, drives clarity in ambiguity, and brings innovative product ideas through structured thinking and strong leadership.
You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering teams in Pakistan and the US, architects, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, impactful, and future-ready products. We are particularly interested in individuals who understand modern AI concepts and how AI-enabled systems/products are designed, integrated, and operationalized in real-world business environments.

What You’ll Own
- Drive product vision, strategy, and execution across internal digital platforms and products
- Lead products through the complete lifecycle: discovery, validation, planning, execution, launch, adoption, scaling, and optimization
- Translate business problems into scalable product opportunities and actionable execution plans
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define technically sound product solutions
- Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and long-term business goals
- Define product requirements, workflows, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Facilitate high-impact collaboration between business, engineering, design, QA, and leadership teams
- Drive product prioritization decisions using data, customer insights, technical feasibility, and business value
- Challenge the status quo and proactively introduce innovative ideas, frameworks, and product improvements
- Lead stakeholder discussions, strategic planning sessions, sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and executive product updates
- Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across geographically distributed teams
- Define KPIs and measure product effectiveness, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership on product direction, market positioning, and strategic technology investments
- Partner with engineering leadership to improve execution processes, delivery predictability, and product quality
- Help foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and product excellence across teams
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, or Technical Product Management within software/product organizations
- Proven experience building and scaling products through the full product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of software engineering, system design principles, APIs, architecture concepts, and modern product development practices
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum product environments
- Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional global teams
- Demonstrated ability to confidently lead discussions with technical teams, business leaders, and international stakeholders
- Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to drive execution independently
- Experience managing ambiguity and making strategic product decisions with incomplete information
- Ability to influence teams without relying solely on authority
- Strong understanding of product metrics, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning
- Experience working with SaaS, enterprise applications, platform products, or scalable digital ecosystems
We are especially interested in candidates who:
- Understand the fundamentals of AI/ML systems and modern AI-enabled products
- Can effectively collaborate with engineering teams building AI-powered workflows or intelligent platforms
- Understand practical applications of LLMs, automation, recommendation systems, NLP, and AI-assisted user experiences
- Can identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, customer experience, or product capabilities
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, product trends, and innovation frameworks
- Bring thought leadership and strategic innovation into product discussions
- Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Product Management
- Experience working with distributed/offshore engineering teams
- Experience working with US-based clients, leadership teams, or global stakeholders
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with AI-enabled platforms, automation products, or data-driven systems
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Product, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are a plus
