Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design, develop, and validate sophisticated machine learning and statistical models.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, providing technical oversight and career development support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and presentations.
- Implement AI-based solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI.
Preferred Tools and Technologies:
- Programming languages: Python, R
- Data analysis libraries: Pandas, NumPy
- Machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau
- Data storage: SQL, NoSQL databases
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in data science or a related role.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to guide a team.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying complex machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
