Job Summary: 
Enterprise64 is seeking an experienced and driven Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex data, building predictive models, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. You will also play a key role in mentoring other analysts and data scientists. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a solid understanding of data science principles, and a passion for exploring new AI technologies. 


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. 
  • Design, develop, and validate sophisticated machine learning and statistical models. 
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, providing technical oversight and career development support. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions. 
  • Communicate complex findings to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and presentations. 
  • Implement AI-based solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI. 

Preferred Tools and Technologies: 

  • Programming languages: Python, R 
  • Data analysis libraries: Pandas, NumPy 
  • Machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch 
  • Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau 
  • Data storage: SQL, NoSQL databases 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in data science or a related role. 
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to guide a team. 
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying complex machine learning models. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Experience with AI technologies and deep learning is preferred.
