You will collaborate closely with product delivery managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders — balancing immediate needs with a clear long-term technical roadmap. Hands-on coding and leadership by example are core to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives across multiple projects and clients.
- Understand client needs deeply and provide technical solutions that address immediate goals while aligning with long-term strategies.
- Ensure the use of best practices, modern development methodologies, security standards, and performance optimization across both backend and frontend efforts.
- Apply critical thinking to drive pragmatic, high-impact technical decisions.
- Mentor and guide development team members across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.
- Stay actively engaged in coding, architectural reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with state-side Product Delivery Managers and client stakeholders.
- Drive solution design, documentation, and planning sessions.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement — and act on them.
- Deep expertise in .NET Framework/Core development.
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Expert-level skills in relational database design, optimization, and management.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks — particularly Angular and React.
- Practical experience with AI concepts, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in structured, best-practice-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success working directly with clients, understanding needs, and shaping solutions.
- Prior experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Microsoft certifications are a major advantage.
- Exceptional critical thinking and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal, and visual.
- Ability to "see around corners" and anticipate needs and risks.
- Strong initiative combined with the ability to foster collaboration and alignment.
Within the first 90 days, you will:
- Build a deep understanding of our clients' business goals, pain points, and technical landscapes.
- Establish credibility and trust with both internal teams and client stakeholders through action and delivery.
- Lead development efforts that uphold our technical standards while driving client success.
