Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-first Graphic Designer who thinks beyond traditional design workflows and leverages AI as their primary creative engine.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing visuals by combining strong design fundamentals with advanced AI prompting, tooling, and experimentation. Your ability to translate ideas into precise prompts, iterate rapidly, and curate outputs with an editorial eye will define your success.
What You’ll Do
- Create social media creatives, marketing collateral, and campaign assets using AI-first workflows
- Translate briefs into high-quality prompts that generate strong, usable visual outputs
- Curate, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs with strong design judgment
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all assets
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, content, and growth initiatives
- Stay ahead of the curve by testing and adopting new AI tools and workflows
- Build internal prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable systems for faster production
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (social, marketing, branding)
- 6–12 months of hands-on experience using AI design tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and composition
- Social media design best practices
- Proven ability to:
- Write effective prompts and refine outputs
- Generate multiple design directions quickly
- Apply taste and judgment to select and improve outputs
- Portfolio demonstrating:
- AI-assisted design work
- Prompt-to-output thinking
- Marketing-focused creatives
Tools & Stack
Candidates should have hands-on experience across multiple AI design tools and platforms, including but not limited to:
- Midjourney / DALL·E / ChatGPT Images
- Adobe Firefly
- Canva AI
- Figma (with AI features)
- Adobe Suite (supporting role, not primary workflow)
- Ability to quickly adapt to emerging AI tools is essential.
