Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our company's HR department in the role of Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 8-plus years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of HR functions, industry practices, and market trends. This role requires expertise in recruitment, operations, employee engagement, training and development, organizational development, and other HR-related areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure effective communication and dissemination of HR policies across the organization, promoting awareness and understanding among employees.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions to align HR initiatives with overall organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  •   Implement strategies and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Function as a trusted advisor, guiding employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and identify training needs to support professional growth and skill development.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Mitigate HR-related risks and participate in HR audits as required.
  • Spearheaded recruitment efforts, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to secure high-caliber professionals.
  • Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Drive change management initiatives and facilitate organizational transitions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
  • Analyse needs and execute support systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, and office operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 8 plus years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
